Processing Time

Please allow 10–21 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. This timeframe reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating each pillow.

During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate with you directly.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. Once your Peace Pillow ships, a separate email with tracking information will be sent so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Peace Pillow is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Peace Pillows are handcrafted with care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit within the first 14 days.

How It Works

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
• If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges or store credit requests.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and we recommend using a trackable method, as Peace Pillow is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Processing

Once we receive your item and verify purchase, exchanges or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days. Store credit will be applied to your account or emailed to you for future use.

Care

There is no removable cover on this pillow. The entire pillow can be washed as a whole. Please follow the care instructions included with your order.
